Clipboard Health is looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative with +2-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in selling a Saas product or in the healthcare field. If you are customer-centric, a self-starter, act with a sense of urgency, committed to achieving objectives, highly communicative, and passionate about revolutionizing the healthcare staffing industry - then this may be the role for you!
The role of the SDR is to connect with stakeholders at long-term care facilities, introduce Clipboard Health, generate interest in Clipboard Health with those stakeholders, and set appointments with decision-makers to learn more about how Clipboard Health can solve staffing shortages.
SDRs are provided with a list of accounts to prospect, qualify, and nurture. SDRs generate interest with stakeholders via call and email outreach. SDRs start by gathering the name, emails, and direct numbers of key stakeholders at each facility by making calls and simultaneously checking the website for useful information. Stakeholders and decision-makers vary from facility to facility. There are many similarities, but not every facility operates exactly the same. It is the job of the SDR to gather this information and understand the inner workings of the target facility.
Continuously educate healthcare staff about our product & service while building value with decision-makers.
Build the start to long-lasting relationships with our health care facilities. Continuously serve as the liaison when needs arise. *You genuinely care about the customers, their current needs, and future needs. *
Showcase a high degree of time-management and organization skills when managing multiple accounts and pipelines simultaneously.
As a rapidly growing start-up, showcasing effective collaboration skills is a must to ensure we are cross-functionally aligned as we are quickly scaling.

At least 2+ years of sales experience, High sales IQ
Excellent English oral and written communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships
Experience with Sales Tech and B2B sales
Passionate about health-tech and tech disrupting traditional industries
A proven top performer in previous sales roles
Experience with Salesforce or proficient in learning new technology
